Pacific Medical Centers' is seeking a full-time Psychotherapist (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) join its established outpatient team in a role that offers incredible flexibility in the beautiful community of Kirkland, Washington. You will be part of a robust behavioral health team that provides both short-term and long-term therapy services to individuals, families and groups. Candidates will have the flexibility to either work completely in the clinic itself or take on a hybrid role with a mix of on-site and virtual care. Ideal candidates will be highly compassionate while also being eager to join a collegial team consisting on Psychiatrists and a Psychiatric nurse practitioner. • Must be an LICSW, LMHC or LMFT
• Flexible schedule with hybrid work opportunities available offering a mix of on-site and remote/virtual care
• Outpatient care proving therapy to individuals, families and groups
• Supportive team of Psychiatrists and a Psychiatric nurse practitioner available for collaboration and medication management
• Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Compensation is between $35.11 and $46.43 per hour
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

Pacific Medical Centers' Totem Lake Clinic, in the beautiful community of Kirkland, offers primary care with both family medicine and internal medicine, as well as multiple areas of specialty care, from behavioral medicine to urology. Totem Lake is an accredited patient-centered medical home, delivering coordinated, convenient care to patients using a team-based model. Other services available at Totem Lake include on-site x-ray, eye care, and interpreter services, as well as an on-site laboratory and pharmacy.

Kirkland, on the eastern shore of Lake Washington, is a 15-mile drive from Seattle across the Evergreen Point Floating Bridge. With some of the lake's nicest public beaches, this scenic community is ideal for watersports, such as swimming, boating and triathlons. With numerous parks, hiking trails and recreational facilities, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. Kirkland has a population of 85,000 and is one of the Seattle area's more affluent suburbs.
